Unlike starting any other new business where it takes a lot of time and investment to develop the idea, develop the market and develop the technologies or infrastructure on which the business is based, starting a business as a Lavender Dry Partner will not require any of the above.

Lavanda Dry has an already developed technological platform that is at your disposal from day one and through which you can offer attractive services to end users. Market development, marketing and signing of contracts with large business users is also done by Lavanda Dry on behalf of all Partners.

All you need to start offering the service is a minimum of one employee, approx. 1.000 Euro investment in equipment per employee and 1 week employee intensive training and onboarding with our specialist and that's it.

1. Registration: Contract signing and registration for servicing a specific area (i.e Berlin).

2. Employee Training and Onboarding: Partner's employees should go through intensive 1 week training and onboarding with one of our Specialists. After that, they will be trained to work completely independently.

3. Work Equipment: The partner must secure work equipment and gear for its employees (work bag, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, work clothes).

This depends on what “type” of Partner you are. There are several different classes of Partners from “Basic Licensed Partners” to “Exclusive Partners”. Different partners will have different investment commitments into business development operations, marketing and sales, hence different partners will have different revenue share ratios.

As a guideline, Partners can expect between 50%-80% revenue share on Lavanda Dry services they provide

In order to ensure a unique Branding and a unified quality of services at the national level, Partners will need to comply with certain business rules and will need to invest initial capital in their employees.

Branding: The partner will need to provide work clothes with the visual identity of the Lavanda Dry brand (shirt, cap, jacket and bag).

Work equipment: partner needs to secure work equipment for employees (washing liquids, microfiber cloths, battery-powered vacuum cleaner, etc.)

Transport vehicle: as the workers will mostly work in the field, it is necessary to provide transport vehicle for the workers (small car like Smart are best options)

Quality: quality is very important to us. This is why it is important that Partners control their employees and their quality. Employees must be clean, presentable, branded in Lavanda Dry clothes. They must be good communicators and provide high quality work to each and every client.

Employee training: all partner’s employees must go through 1-week intensive training and onboarding with one of Lavanda Dry Specialists.
