Out-of-court dispute resolution:

Lavanda Dry d.o.o. aims to resolve disputes with its clients amicably and directly through the customer service email: info@lavanda-dry.de.

 

However, in the case that the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Lavanda Dry d.o.o.  shall first attempt to resolve the dispute with the client through mediation in accordance with the Rules of Mediation of the Mediation Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, Zagreb, Rooseveltov trg 2, mirenje@hgk.hr.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the mediation request, or within any other period agreed upon by Lavanda Dry d.o.o. and the client, it shall be finally settled in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (the Zagreb Rules).

Lavanda Dry d.o.o. does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before any other consumer arbitration board.
