No. Nanotechnology is a lubricant with nano particles which go deep into pores of car body and capture even the thinnest of the dirt particles into the lubricant “micro bubble” which are than safely removed by clean microfiber cloth.
Nanotechnology liquid also provides a hydrophobic shield to your car, so it will be more repellant to rain drops and city dirt than when you wash your car with regular water.
Yes. Our technology is great for regular “city dirty” cars where we can clean your car thoroughly each corner by hands. However, there are parts of the car (behind the wheels or underneath the car) which we can’t clean by hand, or if your car is full of mud than it’s better to wash your car at the regular carwash which can use strong jets to clean those mud chunks off properly.
We provide quality guarantee to all our customers.If you are not happy with the service, simply contact the Worker who cleaned your car and ask him to come back again to clean parts that are not cleaned properly (free of charge of course) or contact our office at info@lavanda-dry.de
As part of our quality control process, we take pictures before and after your car is cleaned. This way we can see if there was a new damage to the car after we took your car in our custody. Normally we clean your car at your parking at home or work and we do not move car around while cleaning. Hence the chances of us damaging your car while cleaning are very miniscule. However, should that happen our insurance policy will take care of any damage.
Under our Terms & Conditions we are not responsible for any valuables you leave in your car.So if you have any valuables in your car, please take them with you before leaving your car for a carwash.
That really depends on many factors such as time of the week, rainy or sunny days, holiday season etc.Sometimes you’ll get a time slot on the same day, sometimes the first available slot will be 2 or 3 days away.
To be sure you will get your preferred timeslot we advise our customers to book the service minimum 2 or 3 days in advance.
There are several pre-conditions you should check before ordering our service:
1. Safety Conditions: is your car parked on the street where our workers might block the traffic or can their life be endangered while working on your car? If yes, we do not have safety condition met and we will not be able to wash your car.
2. Technical Conditions: Is there enough room around your car (min 90 cm all around from all sides) where our workers can freely open doors from all sides to clean inside and outside properly? If no, and if you are parked in tight spot in-between other cars, walls or other obstacles, than most likely we won’t be able to clean your car properly.
3. Legal Conditions: if you are ordering our service at your home location or at your work location where you own the parking place, than there are no obstacles to clean your car. If your car is in shopping mall or in a business building which is operated by a different owner than we need owner’s permission to let us in and clean your car. If you are a business tenant in a business building, most likely building owners will allow us to clean your car there as our service is 100% green (hence no environmental damage or water floods in the garage) and business owner like to keep their business tenants happy, hence they will welcome all value added service they can offer to all inside of their buildings.
